Digital Storytelling Course Outline

Overview

The subject is a group Assignment presenting a story with digital tools. This course is a 5 week, on-line or in-person higher education level course but could be used for Adult training or PL.  The course design will be using outcome-based education as the activities will build to an overall goal. Since there are no standards and requirements to meet, I will rely on the designed assessments.

This course is intended to build skills with the iPad provided to each student as part of the overall innovation initiative. All tasks and assignments should be performed using the iPad, but are not required to be. The course will be student centered to foster greater choice, ownership, and voice for authentic learning and will incorporate individual and peer assessment.
